Skincare = Self-Care

Hi! Who wants to have a skincare moment with me?

You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and everything is fresh and new? THEN, you wash your face and feel like a fresh-faced beauty who can conquer anything because her/his skin is clean AF? Yeah, same– isn’t that feeling the best?

With everything going on in our world, it can be very easy to get overwhelmed on how to spend your days. So, creating a routine and giving yourself structure is always helpful when trying to get back to some sort of normalcy.

This is where skincare comes in. Every morning I spend 5 min on myself, massaging my skin, getting my blood circulating and working on my overall glow. I have found that when I take time for myself in the morning, it almost is synonymous with meditation because I can use this time to not only wake up my skin and senses but also, set my intentions for the day. SKINCARE = SELF-CARE.
